How do I submit a custom order?

Start by hovering your mouse over the 'Contact Us' section located at the top of the page. You will notice that the option 'Custom Orders' will appear. Click on 'Custom Orders' to proceed, and then follow the prompts provided to guide you through the submission process. Additionally, we kindly encourage you to provide as much detail as possible, as this will greatly enhance our ability to meet your needs effectively!

Has my order been sent yet ?

 

Please note that T-shirt orders are produced specifically for each customer, as such, I kindly ask you to allow up to 7 business days for me to complete and fulfill your order. Thank you for your patience! 

Purses and Scrunchies are pre-made and available to ship within 2 business days.

Where are you located? 

 

We are located in Lawrence, Kansas and for your convenience, we provide a local pickup option, allowing you to collect your order directly from us and avoid any shipping charges..

How do I make changes to my order?

 

If you have placed your order and wish to make changes, please inform me as soon as possible. Custom-made orders may take up to 7 business days, there's a window for adjustments. Just send a message through 'contact us' section above, and I will reply within 24 hours.

What is the return policy? 

 

Returns for store credit will be processed within 10 business days from the date you receive your purchase, specifically for manufacturing defects or damages incurred during shipping. Please submit a return request using the 'contact us' section above, and I will get back to you within 24 hours.

Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?

 

We utilize USPS Priority with a standard flat rate of $10. For orders that include custom-made items, please allow up to 7 business days for processing, followed by an additional 1-3 business days for USPS delivery.
